VIDEO: A Sustainable Advantage

Gustavus is a place that truly wants to make a difference in the world. One way the institution and its community members do that is in the area of food and sustainability. The College’s “Green” initiatives been highlighted a lot in various communications and the College just completed a hugely successful Good Food for All Event to educate people about food issues in the world and also to conduct an emergency food packaging event.

But, here’s a new, unsolicited story featuring Gustavus Adolphus College’s sustainability efforts in the food/dining area, which was done by the St. Paul-based non-profit organization Minnesota 2020.
