Commission Gustavus 150, a planning process established by the Gustavus Board of Trustees to chart the College’s future, released its recommendations for implementation of the College’s strategic plan to the Gustavus community over the weekend.

The 439 recommendations of the Commission’s eight task forces have been placed by the Board of Trustees in one of three levels of urgency for the College’s future advancement. The Board has now asked the faculty and staff to develop plans for implementing the recommendations.

“I am pleased with how the Commission Gustavus 150 process unfolded,” President Jack R. Ohle said. “Commission Gustavus 150 enabled current students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends of the college to come together and develop plans for shaping this great institution’s future. I am excited to see the process move forward as we begin the implementation of the recommendations.”
