On Wednesday, Nov. 16, Gustavus Adolphus College will participate in GiveMN’s Give to the Max Day – a day for Minnesotans to come together to raise as much money as possible for nonprofits in 24 hours. Give to the Max Day will start at midnight on Nov. 16 and end at midnight on Nov. 17.

Last year’s Give to the Max Day raised more than $10 million for Minnesota-based non-profits. All donations made to Gustavus will go toward the Gustavus Annual Fund and will also count toward Campaign Gustavus, the College’s recently announced $150 million comprehensive fundraising effort. Throughout the day you will be able to watch the leaderboard on givemn.org to see how Gustavus is doing compared to other colleges and universities around the state.

Every hour, a random donor will be selected to have $1,000 added to their gift. Prize grants of $15,000, $10,000, and $5,000 will be awarded to the top three Minnesota colleges and universities which receive the most dollars on Give to the Max Day.

Go online to givemn.org to make your donation on Wednesday. If you have any questions about donating to Gustavus on Give to the Max Day, you can contact the Gustavus Annual Fund office at 507-933-6664.
