C-SPAN’s Campaign 2008 Bus will be at Gustavus Sept. 5.
The Gustavus Adolphus College community will be among the first in the nation to see C-SPAN’s new Campaign 2008 Bus as part of the “Road to the White House” tour, when the bus makes a stop on campus from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Sept. 5.
The 45-foot mobile production studio, which will make stops at major political events leading up to the 2008 election, aims to inform voters and raise campaign awareness. Tours of the bus will be available for students, staff, and faculty.
The bus will be located on the street adjacent to the C. Charles Jackson Campus Center between the three flags and Lund Center.
