Avery Bather Crowned 2015 St. Lucia at 75th Anniversary Celebration
Bather, a native of Golden Valley, Minn., was selected as St. Lucia after a campus-wide vote. The Festival of St. Lucia at Gustavus included caroling in the residence halls, a chapel service, and a traditional Scandinavian smorgasbord luncheon.
Festival of St. Lucia Celebrates 75th Anniversary Dec. 10
Gustavus Adolphus College will celebrate its 75th annual Festival of St. Lucia at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 10 in Christ Chapel. As part of this seasonal tradition, six sophomore women have been chosen to serve on the Lucia Court.

On Saturday, May 5, Gustavus Adolphus College will host Honors Day, an annual event that recognizes the academic excellence and achievements of students. This year, nearly 700 students will be recognized.
