After graduating from Gustavus in 2001 with a double major in honors music and physics, Jason Haaheim didn’t stop learning and he didn’t stop pursuing his dreams. After earning a master’s degree and spending 10 successful years as a scientist, Haaheim is now the Principal Timpanist of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra in New York.
