Alumnus Dahlke Featured in Star Tribune

Gustavus Adolphus College alumnus Travis Dahlke ’00 is back in the news for the work being done through the nonprofit farm organization he started called Hands For Harvest.

Gustavus Adolphus College alumnus Travis Dahlke ’00 is back in the news for the work being done through the nonprofit farm organization he started called Hands For Harvest.

The Star Tribune printed a story on Tuesday, Aug. 23 about a quarter-acre vegetable garden at C.H. Robinson in Eden Prairie that Hands For Harvest is assisting with. When the vegetables are ready for harvest later this fall, they will be donated to local food shelves.

Last year, Hands For Harvest produced 9,000 pounds of vegetables that were donated to seven food shelves in the state of Minnesota.
