Hear what a variety of people who attended Gustavus Adolphus College’s Nobel Conference 46, Making Food Good, enjoyed about the Oct. 5-6 conference (and past conferences too as many attendees are repeat participants).
Each year the conference draws more than 5,000 people to campus and the community of St. Peter. The theme changes each year but the purpose and caliber of the program remains the same — to bring people together to learn about a current issue related to science and ethics from world-class experts and scholars.
