Men’s Hockey to Play at Xcel Energy Center

The Gustavus Adolphus College men’s hockey team will play St. John’s University at 10 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 24 at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul. The game will precede the Minnesota Wild Skills Competition, which will begin at 1 p.m.

The Gustavus Adolphus College men’s hockey team will play St. John’s University at 10 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 24 at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul. The game will precede the Minnesota Wild Skills Competition, which will begin at 1 p.m.

Advance tickets may be purchased for $10 at all Ticketmaster locations or for $15 at the Xcel Energy Center Box Office on the day of the game. Ticketholders for the Gustavus-St. John’s game also gain admission to the Wild Skills Competition.

As part of the event, Minnesota Wild players will sign autographs at various locations throughout the arena from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. A $10 autograph ticket per person must be purchased at each autograph station. Autograph tickets will be distributed to the first 250 fans in line at each station.

The Gustavus men’s hockey team is currently in first place in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference with a record of 4-1-1. The team is 10-4-1 overall and ranked No. 11 in the country in the latest USCHO.com Division III poll.
