On Sunday, May 31, 608 seniors received their bachelor of arts degrees from Gustavus Adolphus College. It was the first commencement ceremony with Jack R. Ohle serving as President of the College.
Senior Tasha Carlson of Apple Valley, Minn., delivered this year’s commencement address. Professor of Music Rick Orpen received the 2009 Edgar M. Carlson Award for Distinguished Teaching.
