Beck Academic Hall at Gustavus Adolphus College has earned LEED Platinum certification—the highest rating attainable—from the U.S. Green Building Council. The 125,000 square foot, $30 million building is just the third academic facility in the state of Minnesota to achieve LEED Platinum certification.

The Warren & Donna Beck Academic Hall, the newest building on the Gustavus Adolphus College campus, will be officially dedicated on Saturday, Oct. 1 at 10:30 a.m., as part of the College’s Homecoming Weekend activities.

Gustavus officials, including President Jack R. Ohle and Board of Trustees Chair Jim Gale, broke ground for a new state-of-the-art 125,000 square foot academic building on Friday, April 16.
