Nelson-Pallmeyer to Keynote 30th Annual MAYDAY! Peace Conference
Jack Nelson-Pallmeyer, a nationally recognized teacher, writer, public speaker, and activist committed to nonviolent social change, will deliver the keynote address at the 30th annual MAYDAY! Peace Conference at Gustavus Adolphus College. This year’s conference will take place Wednesday, April 28 and is themed “Imagining Peace.”

Records Fall in Men’s Hockey Victory
The Gustavus Adolphus College and Augsburg College men’s hockey teams took regulation and four overtimes to settle an MIAC Playoff semifinal game at Don Roberts Ice Rink on Saturday night. When it was all said and done, the Gusties prevailed 6-5 and several records were broken.

The Gustavus Adolphus College women’s hockey team clinched the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) championship Saturday afternoon with an 8-0 victory over Augsburg College at Don Roberts Ice Rink.

Women’s Swimming & Diving Wins 2010 MIAC Championship
The Gustavus Adolphus College women’s swimming and diving team compiled 744 points to claim the 2010 MIAC Swimming and Diving Championship on Saturday, Feb. 20 at the Aquatics Center on the Campus of the University of Minnesota.

Gustavus Professor and Student to Premiere Documentary Film
Gustavus Adolphus College Assistant Professor of Communication Studies Martin Lang ’95 and sophomore student Ethan Marxhausen will host a free public premiere of their new documentary on the future of Minnesota agriculture at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 11 at the Treaty Site History Center in St. Peter.
