Annual Employee Award Winners Honored at Founders Day
Three members of the Gustavus Adolphus College community were honored during the Friday, Oct. 30 daily chapel service as recipients of the College’s annual outstanding employee awards. The awards are given out in conjunction with Founders Day, which recognizes the dedication of Old Main on Oct. 31, 1876.

Gustavus Library Associates Set to Host “A Royal Affair” at Radisson Blu Mall of America
Gustavus Adolphus College and Gustavus Library Associates (GLA) will host the 19th biennial "A Royal Affair" on Saturday, Nov. 14 at the Radisson Blu Mall of America in Bloomington, Minn. A fundraiser for the Folke Bernadotte Memorial Library, the event will include dinner, live and silent auctions, music, and dancing.

Bryden Giving ’16: Commitment to Service Leads to Study Abroad Award
Bryden Giving is passionate about healthcare and travel, but mostly he cares about people. The Big Lake, Minn. native was able to combine his passions at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad, where he won the Academic Excellence Award for Child Development and Diversity this summer.
Taneem Husain Named Bruce Gray Postdoctoral Fellow
