  • Erin Luhmann ’08 Wins New York Times Contest

    2008 Gustavus graduate Erin Luhmann is the winner of an annual New York Times contest that will allow her to travel to Africa this summer with Pulitzer Prize-winning columnist Nicholas Kristof. Luhmann is a former Peace Corps volunteer who is finishing up graduate school work in journalism this spring.

  • Young Alumni Make Their Mark in Political Arena

    Alumni of Gustavus Adolphus College have a long tradition of involvement in Minnesota politics dating back to the late 19th century. Continuing this tradition of service – one of the College’s five core values – are more recent alumni who are working their way up the political ladder, determined to become tomorrow’s leaders.
