Tickets are now on sale for the annual Christmas in Christ Chapel celebration at Gustavus Adolphus College. This year’s celebration will be held Dec. 5-7 and is themed “Joyeux Noel: A Feast of French Music, Art, and Culture.”
Tickets may be requested by going online to gustavus.edu/events/ccc or by mailing in a registration form. The cost for the service and the Christmas buffet tickets are $17.50 each and sold separately. Because priority is given to performers, their families, and college staff, individuals requesting tickets will be asked to provide a first, second, and third choice for preferred dates and times of performances.
This year’s services will be held at the following times:
- Friday, Dec. 5 at 7:30 p.m.;
- Saturday, Dec. 6 at 3:30 p.m.;
- Saturday, Dec. 6 at 7:30 p.m.;
- Sunday, Dec. 7 at 3:30 p.m.;
- Sunday, Dec. 7 at 7:30 p.m.
A Gustavus tradition since 1973, Christmas in Christ Chapel is an opportunity for students, their parents, faculty and staff members, alumni, and others to gather and celebrate the birth of Christ through music and visual art. Approximately 350 students, faculty, and staff bring this program to life each year, sharing music, dances, spoken word, and prayer with the Gustavus community.
