Johnson and Esbjornson will Release Book on October 13

Dennis Johnson and Robert Esbjornson, both longstanding members of the Gustavus Adolphus College community, have collaborated to produce a book titled, Esbj! The Heart and Mind of a Professor. The book will be released on Oct. 13 during homecoming festivities at Gustavus where both contributors will be present for a book signing.

With a focus on science and religion, this year's Herbert and Mary Jane Lefler Lecture will bring theologian Dr. John F. Haught to Gustavus Adolphus College on Sept. 26-27.

Gustavus to Hold Inaugural Lindau Symposium

The Reverend Richard John Neuhaus will be the keynote speaker when Gustavus Adolphus College holds the inaugural Lindau Symposium at 7:30 p.m. May 8, in Alumni Hall, located in the O.J. Johnson Student Union.

Gustavus Adolphus College Professor Appointed Chair of ELCA Panel

Darrell Jodock, Bernhardson Distinguished Professor of Religion at Gustavus Adolphus College, has been appointed to chair the ELCA consultative panel on Lutheran Jewish relations for a three-year term beginning April 1.
