Gustavus Honors Distinguished Alumni
Gustavus Adolphus College presented Craig Johnson '69, Talmadge King '70, and Barbara Leonard '63 with Distinguished Alumni Citations Saturday, May 31 at the College's Alumni Banquet as part of the 2008 Reunion Weekend.
Johnson and Esbjornson will Release Book on October 13
Dennis Johnson and Robert Esbjornson, both longstanding members of the Gustavus Adolphus College community, have collaborated to produce a book titled, Esbj! The Heart and Mind of a Professor. The book will be released on Oct. 13 during homecoming festivities at Gustavus where both contributors will be present for a book signing.
Alumni Spotlight: Dr. Jeffrey Johnson ’00 Receives Dreyfus Award
Dr. Jeffrey Johnson, a 2000 graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and assistant professor of chemistry at Hope College in Holland, Mich., has received a Faculty Start-Up Award from the Camile and Henry Dreyfus Foundation Inc.
