Now, with a prestigious internship at Harvard Medical School under his belt, Wachutka appears destined for success after graduation.

    Now in its 20th year of existence, the First Term Seminar program at Gustavus Adolphus College involves specially designed courses intended to introduce first-year students to the aspects of a liberal arts education. Courses address questions of values and teach writing, critical thinking, and oral communication skills.
