Gustavus Announces 2008 Hall of Fame Induction Class

The Gustavus Adolphus College Athletics Department has chosen nine individuals for induction into its Athletics Hall of Fame. The 2008 class will be inducted on Saturday, Oct. 25.

Faculty-Student Collaboration Takes the Stage

An original play written by Gustavus theatre professor Amy Seham and Gustavus senior Maggie Sotos will be performed five times between July 31 and Aug. 10 as part of the 11-day 2008 Minnesota Fringe Festival in Minneapolis. The play, titled "Maggie's Magical Cat & Other Catastrophes," includes a Gustavus and St. Peter cast.

New Associate Dean of Students Joins Gustavus

Gustavus Adolphus College welcomes Deirdre Rosenfeld as its new Associate Dean of Students. Rosenfeld will begin her new duties on July 28.

Gustavus Hosts National Youth Sports Program

Gustavus Adolphus College is currently hosting the National Youth Sports Program (NYSP), which is taking place from July 7 through July 26, 2008.

Gustavus Adolphus College welcomes Jeffrey Rathlef as its new Director of Community Service and Service Learning. Rathlef began his new duties Tuesday, July 1.

Gustavus Launches New Website for Alumni

On Tuesday July 1, 2008, Gustavus Adolphus College launched a new state-of-the-art alumni website at gustavus.edu/alumni. The site includes a variety of new features that allow the College's more than 25,000 alumni to interact with each other as well as to receive information from their alma mater relevant to their own interests.
