Lloyd holds a bachelor’s degree in communication arts from Catawba College in Salisbury, N.C., and is working toward a master’s degree in organizational leadership at Bethel University. Lloyd has spent the last five years at St. Olaf College in various capacities. He served as an area coordinator in residence life from 2010 to 2012 where he developed multiple drug and alcohol education programs. Lloyd also served in the St. Olaf Athletics Department as an assistant football coach (2007-2012) and assistant track and field coach (2009-2012). Prior to his time at St. Olaf, Lloyd served two years as Pastor of Student Ministries at Emmaus Church in Northfield (2006-2008) and a year as Youth Coordinator for the Northfield YMCA (2009-2010).

“We are excited to have Glen join the staff of the Office of Multicultural Programs.
